Through the contact forms on this website we collect the following personal data: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Purpose of processing
The data collected is used solely to respond to enquiries and, where applicable, to quote for and carry out the services requested. It is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The providers that host the website and handle form submissions and email have access to it as data processors.

The legal basis for processing is the user's consent when submitting the form, as well as the legitimate interest of BUFALA TECH, S.L. in responding to the enquiry.
Data retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
Customers
If you hire our services, in addition to the above we process the following data.
Data processed: identification and contact details, installation address, quote and billing details, and photos and videos of the installation.
Purposes: preparing the quote, carrying out the work, invoicing, managing warranties and technical support, and complying with our legal obligations.
Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations, both tax obligations and those relating to the registration of electrical installations.
Recipients: the competent authority for registering the CIE (Electrical Installation Certificate). Our service providers also have access to the data as data processors: quoting and invoicing software, our accounting and administrative advisers, and the authorised installation companies we subcontract.
Photos and videos: used solely for technical, warranty and evidential purposes. They are never published without your express permission.
Retention: for the duration of the contractual relationship and, afterwards, for the legal tax and warranty periods.
Rights: you can exercise them as explained in the next section.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to object to and restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@bufalatech.es with proof of your identity.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es).
